Make your life easier in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. A spacious, light-filled apartment with an attic and terrace in the heart of Nice. We invite you to enjoy an unforgettable stay with family or friends in this comfortable, newly renovated duplex apartment. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a cozy seating area (the sofa can be converted into a bed for two guests) and a dining table that seats six. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen and two bathrooms (one full bathroom and one separate bathroom) add to your comfort. Upstairs in the attic, you’ll find two charming bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe, offering a private and restful space. Additionally, you can spend time outdoors on the shared terrace in the residence’s courtyard. The terrace is a private area accessible only to guests of our residence (which includes just six apartments), ensuring a peaceful and intimate atmosphere for all our visitors. Please note before booking: The apartment is located on the first French floor (numbering starts from the ground floor) without an elevator. The bedrooms are in the attic, which is also accessible by stairs. 

Dear guests, our team is here to support you and resolve your concerns every day from 9am to 7pm (Central European Time). Our duty assistant is available in case of emergency 24/7 in Airbnb chat. 

The apartment is located in the very heart of Nice, allowing you to easily walk to the beach and such attractive locations as Place Masséna, the main shopping street Avenue Jean-Médecin, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption, and the city’s train station. In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shops to suit every taste. Train station: Nice-Ville - 4 minutes walk Tram stop: Gare Thiers - 3 minutes walk Jean Médecin - 6 minutes walk Bus stop: Gare Thiers / Médecin - 3 minutes walk. 

Dear guests, our standard setup is designed for two guests sharing one bed. If you need the second bed prepared, kindly let us know in advance. There's a small fee for the extra linens and towels. Feel free to reach out with any queries.
